Kadefarm Sp. z o.o., a renowned distributor of RX, OTC products and a producer of children’s vitamins, chose the EMIGO mobile system, enhanced by the INTEGRA integration platform and the IPOCRATES database, from several market solutions. Kadefarm is another pharmaceutical company that has joined the users of our solutions.

The Emigo system completely automated laborious tasks such as checking promotions, stock levels, current prices, etc. Other representative activities, such as after-hours sales reporting or confirming orders by phone, have been entirely eliminated.

Through Integra Emigo, orders collected by representatives are automatically sent to the chosen distributor’s system. The return information about each order item along with its status is instantly visible on the Emigo Mobile Terminals of the representatives. This provides complete transparency of order status.

Analytical tools available in Emigo allow Kadefarm managers to review results considering key performance indicators (KPIs). Dashboards, both ready-made by Sagra and user-created, perfectly serve this purpose. Visual presentation of action results enables management to quickly assess the situation and make appropriate decisions.

The Ipocrates Pharmacy database fully matches the number of all functioning pharmacies in Poland. This allows the company to focus on the points with the highest sales potential.

In the coming months, the collaboration aims to fully utilize the mobile system and the offered analytical capabilities. “We aim to show Kadefarm the best practices of using Emigo in business,” says Adam Sienkiewicz, Customer Development Director.
