TZMO, the producer of well-known brands like Bella and Seni, decided to implement the proven Emigo solution in its foreign branches after several years of use in Poland.
They started with India. The system’s flexibility allowed adapting actions to Indian standards. Moreover, the client conducted the on-site implementation independently, with remote support from our side. Although the market specifics seem completely different from those in Poland, the Indian branch operates on an almost mirror image of the Emigo system used by TZMO in Poland.
One unique adjustment for this implementation is the specificity of the representative’s work with the client. Client data includes not only their address and location but also a photo of the contact person. Thanks to Emigo, TZMO can unify the work of representatives regardless of their workplace while considering local market specifics.
