Radex Serwis, operating since 2006, maintains cleanliness in industrial and commercial facilities, primarily managing hygiene in food processing plants, especially in meat processing lines. This requires strict adherence to norms and procedures and thorough reporting of completed actions. Given the complexity of the tasks performed by Radex Serwis teams, the company needed a solution to better organize their work, reduce costs, save time, and improve client cooperation quality. It was crucial to record proof of work done in a specific order using certain materials, and the solution had to reflect the fact that tasks are performed according to strictly defined procedures.

Despite Radex Serwis’s needs being very different from Emigo’s domain, an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) version meeting the client’s essential needs was prepared during the initial configuration for the sales presentation. This decision led to choosing the solution. During the implementation, Sagra Technology’s low-code and no-code tools mirrored the documentation and processes carried out by Radex employees in meat processing plants.
