To make it easier to plan, conduct, and settle activities resulting from agreements between representatives and clients, the company opted for the Local Actions process available in Emigo. It helps manage actions not planned centrally. Representatives can define the rules, duration, budget, product range, promotion rules, and settlement of actions based on agreements with clients. The representative’s supervisor can monitor the progress and settlement of Local Actions, enabling more responsive and flexible market reactions and building good client relationships.
Supporting representatives in expanding the address database, reaching new customers, and maintaining contact with existing ones is the always-up-to-date address database Winpoint, containing contact and location data of sales points, continuously updated and verified.
To meet the need for easier and faster order fulfillment, Astra chose the Integra service. It provides representatives with real-time access to product inventory levels at all integrated distributors. Orders from Emigo go directly to the distributor’s system, eliminating errors and shortening fulfillment time. Representatives also have insight into the status of each order item, and in case of total or partial non-fulfillment, they receive information about the reasons.
