Orkla Care S.A., owner of the Dermika and Soraya brands, decided to migrate to new sales support software. Emigo and Integra from Sagra Technology streamline the daily work of dozens of sales representatives.
Orkla Care S.A. is the local representative of a pharmaceutical-cosmetic conglomerate specializing in hygiene and healthcare products. At the beginning of 2011, a decision was made to implement Emigo and Integra software.
Orkla representatives positively assess the implementation process. “The implementation lasted less than a month,” says Jarosław Brzozowski, Sales Director. “Such a short implementation time was possible thanks to a year and a half of preparations, during which the detailed scope of Emigo’s functions was determined.”
The previous sales automation solution for representatives did not meet Orkla’s expectations. “Emigo, along with Integra, had all the necessary functionalities and provided the greatest benefit-to-cost ratio,” recalls Jarosław Brzozowski.
The implemented solution allows, among other things, the sales representative to check inventory levels and place an order at the sales point. This order is automatically processed in the distributor’s database and thus fulfilled more quickly. The representative’s mobile device provides information on what the point previously ordered and the extent to which the order was fulfilled.
“It was very important for us that the system had a connection with distributors. Integra provides us with this functionality,” says Jarosław Brzozowski. “Thanks to this, we know our stock levels exactly, can adjust production to them, and know the actual sales status in real-time. I am most satisfied with this element of the implementation,” adds Jarosław Brzozowski.
