Known for brands like Bioderma and Esthederm, the company manages three divisions with different brands and tasks, all handled by one system. Emigo organizes and records daily activities, which can then be analyzed through dedicated reports.
The customer service process is automated, giving representatives an intuitive work tool. Sales information for each brand is unified through integration with two ERP entities used by Naos. Additionally, Naos implemented the Ipocrates service, a database of pharmacies, doctors, and cosmetic salons.
With Emigo, Naos can take more cohesive actions, and access to the constantly updated customer database facilitates market outreach.
