Inco-Veritas SA is one of the largest chemical companies in Poland. The company also operates successfully in the market for plastics, garden fertilisers, abrasives and even art glass. To date, sales of the Chemicals Division have been conducted exclusively through regional distributors. However, the management of Inco Veritas SA concluded that it was in the company’s long-term interest to develop direct relationships with the retail market in parallel.
The company’s first concern was to quickly organise a well-functioning retail sales team and to use best practice in this area. This was one of the main reasons why Inco Veritas SA decided to implement the Emigo system from Sagra Technology Sp. z o.o..
The implementation of Emigo was to prevent the development of paper documentation. In addition to this, important for Inco-Veritas SA were the possibilities for instant planning of marketing and sales activities, especially promotional actions aimed directly at shops. The company’s expectations also included the collection and analysis of information from the market.
As a result of implementing the Emigo system, Inco-Veritas SA has built a new, efficiently functioning business unit. It operates nationwide and enables the company to actively participate in the game for orders, margins, market share and position in the eyes of retail customers.
