After many years of successful cooperation in Poland, Emigo was selected to improve the work of the modern channel team in Ukraine. Implementing a unified SFA system in affiliated entities allowed comparing representative performance across different markets/countries.
For representatives in Ukraine, the new work model brought many tangible benefits. They have access to a consistent customer database in one system. The visit standard is unified and recorded as stages to be completed. Representatives can plan their workday independently, with materials and presentations needed for client meetings always available in one smartphone-based system. Implementing a system that completely changes the work process is challenging, especially for direct users. However, after several months, the tangible benefits of the Emigo implementation are evident.
