Several months after the implementation of the Emigo System at Dr Irena Eris Cosmetic Laboratory, we decided to find out how our solution is performing in the field. We conducted a survey among the Laboratory’s sales representatives, and the results were very positive. At this stage, i.e., a short period after implementation, as many as 79% of respondents rated Emigo as a very user-friendly system, and over 83% found Emigo to be a useful work tool.
