We have completed the implementation for Grupa Maspex and launched the Emigo system at Tymbark Bulgaria. Maspex is the owner of the most recognizable Polish food brands, reaching consumers on all continents (except Antarctica). The group’s portfolio includes well-known brands such as Kubuś, Łowicz, Krakus, and Tymbark, as well as brands in the Bulgarian market like Queen’s, Tedi, Coffeeta, and Tiger. Tymbark is a leading producer of juices, nectars, and fruit drinks. Over its 80-year history, Tymbark products have reached nearly 30 countries worldwide. The company’s division operating in Bulgaria decided to use our solutions.

In addition to the Emigo system, which automates and streamlines the work of representatives, the company uses Integra, integrating with distributor systems. This gives salespeople constant access to inventory levels, and orders from Emigo are automatically transferred to ERP systems in warehouses, eliminating errors and speeding up the process. Suggested Orders shorten visit times by automatically filling the order list with products perfectly matched to the store’s potential and cooperation history. Tymbark also uses two Emigo Smart Workflow processes: Perfect Store and Local Actions. The former effectively influences customer purchasing decisions through display standards implementation, while the latter allows efficient planning, management, and settlement of promotional actions agreed upon by representatives and stores.

The Biqsens analytical platform allows Tymbark to effectively gain insights from data. Client Booster analytics quickly identify customers needing more attention (e.g., due to declining sales or untapped potential) and prompt appropriate actions.
