Wawel – a company with a long history, whose sweets are known by everyone- has set the Emigo system as a support for its traders. Sales representatives of both the tradition department and the modern channel have been working on the sales support system for years. However, in order to further increase the freedom and ergonomics of their work, it was necessary to choose a new solution. As a result, over 100 people work in the field using Emigo Mobile Terminals. All necessary activities are prepared in accordance with the service standards of each department.
Emigo gives integration with the systems of Wawel’s distributors, thanks to which a representative can choose suppliers based on their inventory, presented during collecting an order. The integration guarantees high levels of order fulfillment.
Sales managers also take advantage of new opportunities: reports or indicators, such as: sales volume, SR work results, distributor activities, customer rankings. The information can be viewed in a synthetic form, as well as analyzed in detail, delving into subsequent clicks in the report.
